Where would it be better to find the most diversified groups of people who make authentic hometown dishes than the heart of Shanghai? We will gather pieces of impressions about Chinese cuisine during our walk into the glamouring night markets. With soup? Or mixed in dry? Sweetened? Or salted? Crispy? Or chewy? Welcome to the fight that has been going on over centuries throughout this enormous land of realm. We will time travel you to the origin of Chinese cuisine and who knows, maybe by the end of the tour, you will know how to make your own.
